Looking for a Licensed Professional Engineer- special inspections

Looking to cooperate with a New York State licensed PE to perform special inspections per NYC building codes. In addition, he/she will perform site visits of project sites and measure/verify the existing conditions. I have my own special inspection agency and need help with inspecting job sites in NYC area, mostly Brooklyn and Queens. The person cannot be a director for another special inspection agency per NYC special inspection rules. Please provide your resume detailing your education and experience. Thank you.
