Who we are:

We are a small team of specialized NX manufacturing engineers that design and manufacture utilizing 3D printing, CNC Machines, Laser Scanners, and conventional manufacturing methods to create rapid-prototype patterns, rapid-prototype and production precision tooling solutions for the Turbine Engine, Aerospace, Defense and Medical Implant industries that utilize the investment casting process.

Our facility operates under the SAE Aerospace Standard AS9100RevD. We believe in excellence through quality, which means our AS9100 Quality Management System is integrated with ultra-lean Six Sigma principles to control and maintain our organization for prompt and precision delivery to our customer.

We are continually improving this organization; our environment promotes team interaction for new ideas and practices as we develop new manufacturing technologies.

Who we need:

We are looking for educated, experienced individuals with excellent visual, mechanical and communication skills that are open to new lean methods of programming & manufacturing.

We need hard working, self-starting, self-learning individuals that desire to work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality departments as an integral part of the team.

You must have the ability to adapt to our methods without conflict, be organized, work clean, learn quickly, and retain details.

Our environment is lean high-tech manufacturing and the skills we teach are highly technical, take great focus, concentration, and precision.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma 2.5 GPA, GED not accepted.

(2) Years Classroom-experience or work-experience with HAAS CNC or CNC Programming.

Willing to adapt and learn new CNC manufacturing technologies.

Must be able to follow AS9100 procedures set in place and willing to improve processes.

Ability to read basic blueprints and inspect machined components.

Great attitude.

Great communication skills.

Reliable.

Hard worker

Desire to improve.

Fluent computer skills i.e., Windows, Excel.

Ability to follow procedures and processes implicitly.

Ability to pass a drug test.

Organized.

Detail oriented.

Non-smoking environment

Good transportation.

Primary Duties:

● CNC setup and machining components to details

● CNC program editing and learn to create new programs using NX.

● Work with designers, offer manufacturing ideas.

● Assemble fixtures and tooling to 3D model designs.

● Saw out material as needed.

● Maintain CNC, keeping machines and workspace clean.

● Inspection of all machined components.

Wage: Competitive Wages and Benefits dependent on your abilities $23.50 -$35.00 per hour.
