Rental Property Maintenance Assistant

We are currently looking for a property maintenance assistant to oversee repairs and maintenance of mobile home rental properties. Maintenance includes but not limited to- plumbing, wood working, general electrical, painting, cleaning and general property maintenance of homes. Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass criminal background check. Must be able to work independently and assess damages/repairs to determine the most cost effective repair plan and then execute repairs.
