Lead Operator - Alpine

The Lead Operator maintains a clean work area and the equipment in proper condition. The position also directs vehicles to dumping areas, and ensures trailers are properly loaded and unloaded.

High School Diploma or its equivalent;

Three years’ related medium or heavy equipment experience and/or specialized training;

Demonstrate excellent driving skills for large, heavy equipment;

Ability to communicate effectively in English;

Able to read and understand documents such as Vehicle Condition Reports (VCR), accident reporting and safety rules and procedures, operating instructions, procedure manuals, and other paperwork used in operations;

Basic math skills;

Ability to follow instructions.

Valid Class C driver’s license; and

Safe driving record for the past three years.
