MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN/Rental Property

FULL TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN/MAINTENANCE MAN NEEDED FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/RENTAL PROPERTY.

Must be able to troubleshoot and repair residential electrical, plumbing, minor carpentry work, and other issues on Rental Property as they arise.

Must have tools and reliable transportation.
