Lead HVAC Installer
Bainbridge Heating and Air, LLC is hiring for a full-time Lead HVAC Installer to lead our Bainbridge Island, WA team. This vital installation position works a Monday to Friday; 7:30 am to 4:00 pm schedule and earns $27 –30 an hour, depending on skills and experience, plus bonuses and spiffs. We also supply company service vehicles and uniforms. Additionally, we provide excellent benefits including paid holidays at your start date, one hour of paid sick time for every 40 hours worked, paid medical and dental insurance at 60 days, as well as a 401(k) with match and 40 hours of paid vacation after one year!
Can you effectively install new or replacement heating and cooling systems? Can you properly place equipment, run the line set, and complete all connections? LEAD HVAC INSTALLER QUALIFICATIONS
EPA refrigerant license
Low voltage wiring license or training
HVAC certification and/or minimum 2 years installing/working experience
