Rock Climbing Front Desk
Front Desk Staff Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued.
Conduct sales transactions and manage memberships with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety standards.
Set climbing routes and boulders, contributing to a diverse and challenging climbing experience.
Provide clientele with top rope lessons.
Deliver comprehensive safety briefings on auto belays, bouldering, and top roping to newcomers.
Assist in coaching and supporting our youth climbing team, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
Work Hours:
Friday 12 to 7 PM can possibly offer thursday
Saturday Temp shift 12 to 7 PM
Availability for additional hours, especially during peak seasons, is preferred.
We are looking for a customer service and sales-oriented person. Our day-to-day here consists of customer interactions, where we try to ensure safety, get repeat customers, and ultimately get members. The Friday 12 to 7 shift is to help with the front desk, club team practice, and closing duties. The front desk employee answers the phone, completes transactions, schedules parties, and ensures the safety of guests and members. During team practice, you may be asked to help belay, interact with the kids, and ensure everyone is safe.
