Urgent HVAC work available (pays apprx. $4k)

We have urgent EOB/ Insurance repair job related to HVAC needed in Jemison, AL that pays apprx. $4k (slightly negotiable)

THE PRICE IS ALL INCLUSIVE. NO DOWN PAYMENT. CONTRACTOR NEEDS TO BE INSURED. NEED DOCUMENTATION COMPLETED PRIOR TO STARTING WORK.

Work includes -

Remove and replace Air Handler, Central Air Condenser Unit, Disconnect Box.

Vendor must provide the before, during, after photos as well as the measurement photos of all the Square, Square footage and linear footage mentioned in the scope.

Payment:

After getting approved of each job and subsequent assignment and completion and getting required completion photos, payment will be made within 48 hours after the inspection by adjuster. Our payment is made via Banks/check.
