ICM of America, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative work as an Inside sales rep, in a construction rental office. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individual to assist with day to day operation. Experience or Construction knowledge is a plus, but are willing to train the right individual.

Jobs will include :

Take care of walk-in customers

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Batch up billing and send to home office

General administrative duties

Clean office Daily

Load and unload customers

Assist Salesman with quotes and ordering

Handle shipping and receiving

clean and Maintain equipment.

Skills

Proven customer support experience or experience as a inside sales representative

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Customer orientation and ability to adapt respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Ability to operate a large forklift.
