We are purchasing this park in a few weeks and would like some individuals or couples that could possibly grow with our company with ability to move around our parks. Cedar Ridge Manager Duties Manager would be issued a phone and computer. We would teach them Rent Manager and Trello and Whatsapp platforms. They would be paid for the training. Daily Tasks- 2.5 hrs estimated 1. Clean bathhouse 2. Answer phones 3. Checking email/phone messages and reach out and respond to all rental Inquiries 4. Insuring all rents have been paid, if not at least knowing the status of each tenant who has not paid and issuing late notices and move out notices if required 5. Checking email Weekly Tasks 10hrs estimate 8hrs/14hrs if park is full 1. Pump out the tenants black/grey water tanks from their respective RV 2. Mow and weed eat the property landscape upkeep 3. Grade/upkeep the roads 4. Office records and shop upkeep 5. Writing a complete park operations Standard Operating Procedure 6. Communicating with asset manager about park issues and ideas to improve the park Monthly tasks 1. Recording electric meter readings and calculating billing amounts 2.
