Office Administrator
An Office Administrator that will take charge of and maintain all of the Accounting, Administrative and general office duties, as well as other duties as defined or needed. Develop, propose, and implement cost reduction initiatives as they pertain to the growth of the company. Oversee the Accounting Department, as well as tracking the office's overall budget. Reconcile A/R & A/P accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Delegate departmental responsibilities to my accounting team as needed. Prepare, review, report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data, aging reports, and P&L to Executive Management as required. Interviewing and training new office staff and preparing, maintaining and updating all employment paperwork, time clock, time off, and payroll. Organizational skills and ability to create structure necessary. Management skills and ability to create a team atmosphere is a must.
