Production Scheduler

Production Scheduler needed for the Phoenix Metro area. In this role you will be responsible for taking phone calls from customers, scheduling/rescheduling jobs and assisting Production Manager with various duties.

Responsibilities:

Schedule customer jobs

Maintain communication with customer’s superintendents on job status

Schedule Customer/Service Warranty inspections

Review schedule and communicate with others within the office for needed paperwork

Assist Production Manager with tasks as assigned

Assist in assigning work with installers

Skills needed:

Knowledge of Phoenix area

1-3 years subcontractor scheduling (preferred)

SupplyPro/Hyphen Solutions experience (preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Logical reasoning abilities

Good written and verbal communication skills
