Field Service Technician II
As a Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing energy efficiency knowledge and smart devices installation experience to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our energy-saving solutions. Your expertise in energy efficiency and smart devices will contribute to creating a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future. You will report directly to our Service Manager and you'll work out of our designated service area in . In this role, you will have a direct impact on improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon footprint by installing and maintaining smart devices. You will also provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they fully understand the benefits and functionalities of our energy-saving solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

WE VALUE
Extensive HVAC experience (i.e., insulation etc.)
Extensive experience with weather stripping, energy-efficient installation & working with utilities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
