Job Title: Commercial Concrete Foreman– Commercial Concrete
Reports to: Concrete Division Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Compensation: TBD and dependent on experience
Purpose:
We are looking for experienced concrete crew foremen to work full time in the field of commercial concrete. Candidates must be willing to join our team and work to achieve our core values of:

Required Specific Skills:
Hard worker
Able to read and understand construction plans
Able to read and understand grade stakes
Experience pouring foundations and sitework, including ADA ramps
Team Leader
Be able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality or safety.
Know how to work clean and organized with each set of tasks you are given.
Know how to pay strict attention to detail in every facet of your work.
