Penn State Dickinson Law is seeking to hire numerous part-time hourly openings throughout the 2024-2025 Fiscal Year. Hours for each job will vary.

Job Duties

Typical duties could include research assistant and/or general office responsibilities.

Jobs to be filled include:

General Administrative Support for various offices including Admissions, Alumni Relations, Career Services, Communications, Development, and Student Services.

Library Information Resources and Services Support, Information Technology Support including Help Desk and AV, Law Clinics Legal Support and Faculty Research Support.

Requirements and QualificationsEmployment with the University may require successful completion of the Pennsylvania (PA) Publicly Available Clearances: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and the FBI Criminal History Background Check.Applications will be received on an ongoing basis and will be reviewed as the need arises.
