Railroad & Transit Team

Burns provides design and construction solutions to help maintain, improve, and expand the nation's railroad and transit infrastructure. We have designed the implementation of critical programs across the country, and support the renewed emphasis on a public transit-oriented lifestyle.

Burns is currently seeking a Sr. Requirements Specialist to join our Railroad & Transit team in Pittsburgh, Pa.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain requirements tooling, inclusive of:

Selection and setting up for a requirements tool

Monitor/work with IT on licensing usage and needs

Setup requirements projects and permissions for users

Provide for support and training on requirements tools and usage

Metrics and report

Assist with requirements writing and traceability to technical artifacts

Assist with writing of technical papers and development of templates

Assist with configuration management activities, with potential for:

Development of CM processes with Burns tools
