Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic Project Helpers who are ready to support various aspects of remodeling projects and learn the ins and outs of the industry. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to start a rewarding career with hands-on experience, mentorship, and growth alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
Assist with a variety of remodeling tasks, including demolition, carpentry, painting, flooring installation, and basic electrical and plumbing work.
Support project leads and team members to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite, following safety protocols.
Help with material preparation, transportation, and setup on job sites.
Communicate effectively with the team to accomplish project goals and timelines.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in remodeling, construction, or a related field (experience in bathroom, kitchen, and basement remodeling is a plus).
A strong desire to learn and develop various remodeling techniques and construction skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
Ability to pass a background check.
Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence and teamwork.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of $15 to $20, based on experience and eagerness to learn.
