Simple, temporary help wanted

My wife and I live off of the parkway one mile south of Old Town Alexandria in the Belle View condominium on Belle View Boulevard. Looking for helper that lives within a 15 minute drive from us. The helper should be available M-F from 1:00-3:00 and at random times during the week for short 15-30 minute times to help out. This is why we need somebody that lives very close to us. We are in town now but are not here year round. I am disabled and my wife and I need help doing different tasks, including laundry, packing the car, light cleaning of our condo, walking our small dogs, etc. Some lifting is required so the respondent needs to be physically fit.
