Coterie Catering is looking for Prep Cook
Line cook: early morning position (between 4 am to 11) Pay will be accordingly to experience ($15-$17). Full time/Part time
Job brief
Wanted: Professional cold station cook for a catering company to prepare food to the chef's exact specifications and to set up stations for the daily menu. The ideal candidate has strong basic math and organizational skills and can accurately read simple charts in order to ensure that portions and orders are correct and appropriately labeled. Preparation of salads, ceviches, causas & Papa a la Huancaina. Knowledge of Peruvian cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Answer, report, and follow chef's instructions
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
. Be punctual & good team member
Requirements
Proven cooking experience for 1 years minimum (Peruvian/Latin cuisine preferred)
Prior experience with catering business is preferred.
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, measurements.
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Preferably Bilingual (English & Spanish)
