Specification Processor
We're looking for a Specification Processor to join our Northwest team who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to help bring to completion specification documentation that is an integral part of the design process working with engineering professionals around the world. With minimal direct guidance, you will provide support in processing to develop technical specifications for construction projects. This position provides the opportunity to work on water, wastewater, pump stations, environmental, military, government, and a variety of other types of projects.Here's What You’ll Be Doing: This position will work within the Specifications Processing group to support the delivery of project specifications. Prepare all specifications in accordance with company standards and client specific requirements and protocols. Process and proof all work addressing issues or questions with the Lead Specs Processor (LSP). Set up and maintain project specification records for version control and file management. Compile contract documents using Adobe Acrobat Pro. Organize and maintain records to track technical specifications through project design milestone phases. Finalize each project according to specifications best practices. Minimum High School Diploma Advanced MS Word skills, attention to detail, and detailed organization and file management. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite latest editions and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
