The residential HVAC Installers at All American Services of Ga are responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other equipment following manufacture specifications and company requirements.

Their job description entails installing HVAC equipment in customers’ homes, including furnace, air handlers, indoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, and dehumidifiers, working under minimum supervision.

Role requirements, including education, skills, and experience for the HVAC installer role:

Possession of 3 years HVAC installation experience

Possession of High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; EPA certification a plus

Strong mechanical aptitude

Employee compensation:

1. Immediately after training - $25-$35/per hour

2. After 90-day review – TBD (to be determined)

3. After 1 year – 1-week paid vacation and holiday pay (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day)
