Assistant Site Manager/Handyperson

Active recruitment for 2 fulltime Assistant Site Manager / Handyperson positions,

Assistant Site Mgr. position: tasks include, but not limited to, the patrol of grounds, buildings, and parking. Electrical and plumbing checks, with minor repairs of such, servicing of grills, and very light janitorial duties. Site management duties as assigned. strong communication and managing abilities required. Daily logs and reports. Computer skills a must. Training period is provided. Pay commensurate with experience.

Pool Operator Certification a plus (will be enrolled in training course if selected for position)
