In field customer ambassador

We are expanding, MAC Exterior Solutions is one of the North Shore's most respected exterior contractors.

We are seeking a key team member to represent us with customers during the installation process.

This key person will be an ambassador for the customers, responsible for the following:

Communicate the installation process and workflow to the customers

Interface between customer and installation crew, and neighbors as needed

Coordinate equipment and materials, before, during and after the the install

Follow up with customers to ensure that our company has exceeded their expectations

This is not a sales position.

Requirements for the position are as follows:

Clean driving record

Sense of urgency

Good customer communication skills

Good track record of "follow up" on key initiatives

Exterior home improvements experience is a plus, not a requirement

Spanish is a plus, not a requirement

25-30 hrs. per week (depending on volume)

Good pay, rate depends upon experience

Company will provide the vehicle

Ideal candidate may be a retired contractor, or a retired employee
