Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Our Las Vegas based Commercial Contracting firm is currently seeking a Construction Project Superintendent to oversee, manage and direct all on-site duties regarding a project here in the valley. The right applicant would have experience in high-quality residential or commercial construction, including management and supervision. This is a full time salaried position including benefits.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities Include:

Manage, coordinate and oversee all construction work from start to finish of project

Directly manage a variety of subcontractors, coordinating their work flow for efficient project completion

Maintain a safe, clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA regulations

Maintain positive relations with onsite owners and managers

Qualifications & Skills

Experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry

Proficiency with computers, windows operating systems, and ability to learn new computer software as needed

Strong interpersonal skills in working with clients, subcontractors and the public

Organization, initiative, and motivation to learn on the job as needed

Work Environment & Job Conditions:

This position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. He/she must be able to navigate the jobsite and must comply with all Company safety requirements in the office and on the jobsite. Heavy equipment may be used, and he/she needs to be able to lift weighty objects. Company performs work in NV, UT, AZ, and CA, and a willingness to travel to different job location, both in and out of state, is a requirement of our all employees.
