Construction Laborers

Responsibilities: Assist in the construction and maintenance of farm structures, including barns, fences, and pathways. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and hauling materials. Help prepare the land for planting seasonal crops, including pumpkins and Christmas trees. Support the installation of irrigation systems and drainage solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the farm and construction sites. Assist in setting up seasonal attractions and events, ensuring a safe and fun experience for visitors. Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.

Requirements: High school diploma and equivalent preferred. Previous experience in construction or farming is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and flexible hours , including weekends.
