Sit down Clamp Forklift Operator & Warehouse Clerk Opportunity

All Staffing Warehousing's client in Edison, NJ, a manufacturer and distributor of major appliances, is looking for Sit down Clamp Forklift Operator and Warehouse Clerk.

Monday to Friday

Hours: 7am to 3:30pm

Sit down Clamp Forklift Operator - $18 / hr

Warehouse Clerk - $17 / hr

Sit down Clamp Forklift Operator

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Sit down clamp forklift

Responsible for utilizing the lift equipment to move, load, unload, and stack products in preparation for shipping and receiving demands to meet customer needs

Safely operate Sit down clamp forklift to move products or materials for distribution such as reach, slip sheet, push/pull equipment, and drive-in pallet racking

Load, unload, and store products and/or materials

Stack and/or transport materials and products to designated areas

Use equipment to scan product and print labels

Ensure product rotation procedures are followed

Perform daily safely inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks

Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor

Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Warehouse Clerk

Provide administrative and clerical support to Warehouse

Perform data entry of daily information

Prepare shipments to corporate office and receive and distribute return communications

Must be able to speak, read and write in English

Other duties as assigned

Walking throughout warehouse during shift
