Job Description:
We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Remodel Construction Assistant to support our remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have basic construction skills and be eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the foreman and skilled crew members in completing remodeling tasks.
Read and use a tape measure accurately.
Assist in the installation of framing, drywall, flooring, and tile.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Help maintain a clean and organized job site.
Transport materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
Maintain a safe & clean worksite.
Requirements:
Basic ability to use hand and power tools.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Capacity to work in varying conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Willingness to undergo a background check.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
