Plans, organizes, and directs operational and administrative activities in support of clinical programs and education.
Oversees project operations involving growth of advanced clinical providers; assists in defining measurable clinical practice metrics; plans objectives within programs developing clinical relationships including interactions with Corporate, partners, nursing and physicians.
Collaborates with facility administrators, clinical leaders and organization clinicians to design and implement clinical performance improvement projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care.
Partners and collaborates with medical and management teams to serve as liaison between and among physicians, management, nursing, and other clinical staff.
Develops an effective intra-disciplinary communications process within the department and across the organization for evidence based collaborative projects.
Collaborates with clinical and administrative stakeholders to develop project details including definitions, metrics, specific and global aims including workable plans for implementation.
Develops, reviews, coordinates and integrates policies and procedures for clinical operations, clinical compliance and data analysis, and reporting.
Identifies and recommends potential new development projects and assesses the feasibility of pursuit.
Liaises with clinical and administrative leadership and sites, individuals and groups within the organization for purposes of information communication, technology transfer, and collaborative work.

Job Qualification
Master's Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program and National Board Certification in specialty area required.
Current License to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in New York State and Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed.
OR
Master of Science required.
Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant (PA) by the New York State Department of Education, required. Current NCCPA Certification from the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), required.
OR
Master's Degree in clinical nursing practice. Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State. CNS certification in applicable specialty practice areas: Adult Health, Women's health by a national certification organization (ANCC, AACN or ONCC), required.
Plus 8-12 years of technical experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
Prior quality control experience preferred.
Prior OB/GYN, L&D and/or infertility experience preferred.
3+ years IVF experience preferred.
