It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job Posting TitleAssistant Vice President, Financial Evaluations - REMOTEJob DescriptionThe Assistant Vice President of Financial Evaluations will provide financial support across the organization to provide in depth financial insight and evaluations related to internal business projects, client product design, external partnerships, and acquisitions. The team will work closely and partner with Prime’s Product development, Business Development team, IT team and Legal team as well as external investment banking teams on industry valuations of targeted acquisitions. This leader will also assist the Prime Strategy team in development of long-range strategic plans and monitor financial performance of external and internal investments. In addition, they will own development of Prime’s annual and long-range capital plan and monitor deployment of these assets.Responsibilities

Provide financial analysis of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures including diligence, modeling, and valuation

Collaborate on Senior Executive and Board-level summaries and presentations to facilitate decision making

Drive reporting and analysis for integration initiatives including the creation and distribution of metrics and financials to ensure project obligations are on track regarding synergies and costs

Own the annual and long-range capital plan and ensure a tight alignment with Prime’s strategy

Provide strong leadership to develop and coach direct reports and other team members in their professional development

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance /Accounting or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience

12 years of work experience in Finance or Accounting roles with 3-5 years of Mergers & Acquisitions

8 years of leadership/people management experience

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Strong analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills that translate well with all levels including Senior Management and Board

Familiarity with financial statements and accounting principles, including US GAAP

Organization and attention to details

Preferred Qualifications

MBA / CPA

PBM/health care experience

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

Ability to travel up to 40% of time

Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Potential pay for this position ranges from $165,600.00 - $264,400.00 based on experience and skills.
