Lead Cleaner (must have experience in Residential)

Reliable vehicle necessary.

General Cleaner no vehicle necessary

Tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. They may also handle laundry, organize spaces, and communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Attention to detail and time management skills are crucial for this role.

In addition to cleaning duties, a residential cleaner in a leadership role may be responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of cleaning staff. This involves assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring quality standards are met. Leadership responsibilities may also include managing schedules, handling client communication, and addressing any issues that arise within the team.
