Responsibilities
-Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
-Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and
availability
-Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
-Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
-Must pass a skill assessment and background check
-At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
-Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal
skills
-Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
-A computer device
-Headset or headphones with microphone attachment
-A strong, stable internet connection
-A quiet work area
Compensation
Up to $42,200
Please note: Onboarding does not equal approval. Onboarding is in place
to explain the position and direct you to the necessary steps.
Approval is contingent upon your skill assessment and background check
results. If you pass, you may proceed. If not, you will be prompted to have
your credentials removed from the platform.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Once you apply, you will
be directed to orientation, which will give you a general overview of the
position and answer all questions. Once finished, you will proceed with
registration. A background check and skill assessment will ensue. Once
approved, you will choose a company to work for and undergo a training
period with them. After certification, you will have the chance to select
your own schedule and begin earning.
