IMMEDIATE OPENING

Our growing company has an immediate opening for Office/Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to the Sales team and other departments. The sales assistant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers and ensuring that orders processing are completed.

Duties:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations(no cold calls)

- Ability to Multi-task

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information

- Answer Phone/email orders. Input, update, and maintain sales orders in system.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

- Electronic Knowledge a plus

- Might float to other departments such as shipping.

- Willing to learn and cross-trained

Skills:

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word & Excel

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
