Project Coordinator - Commercial Flooring

Commercial Flooring Company in Sacramento looking for the newest team member to roll up their sleeves and get to work. Well established company continually growing, looking to add a talented individual who is friendly, energetic, hardworking, and reliable. Experience in construction is required, commercial flooring experience is desirable but not required for the right candidate.

Project Coordinators are responsible for handling:

Contract required documentation

Insurance requests

Preliens and waivers

Procurement and tracking of materials

Coordinating with sales, labor managers, warehouse and installers

Prevailing wage documentation

Customer invoicing, including monthly payment applications

Heavy email and phone communication

Project coordinators manage project documents from contract execution through final billing and payment. Working hand in hand as sales support to assure smooth transition of paperwork, products, installation and a happy customer.

Skills needed: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong organization and communication skills are a must. Starting pay $18-22/hour depending on experience.

This position is full time, and we are looking to hire immediately.
