Pay: Earn $17-$18 BOE. with growth opportunities and on-the-job training.
Full Time Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday – Friday. Enjoy you evenings and weekends off!
About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team. This role is unique in the credit and collections field, as it emphasizes a hassle-free, friendly approach to resolving past due balances. Unlike typical collections roles, we have cultivated strong relationships with our customers and agents, making the process smooth and non-confrontational. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service without the typical validation and collection stress, this is the job for you.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a portfolio of accounts across the U.S. with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships.
Communicate with customers via calls and emails regarding past due balances.
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies without the pressure of harsh collections.
Reconcile accounts and review monthly aging reports.
Handle credit and re-bill adjustments for tax purposes.
Maintain records and manage accounts with our credit card processor.
Assess accounts for potential referrals to external collection agencies (only when necessary).
Work with various Excel reports and maintain key inbox folders.
Perform other duties as needed.
Who You Are:
Customer service-oriented with an understanding of accounts receivable processes.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Able to create a well-structured, efficient work environment.
Proficient in computer systems, including Excel and A/R software.
