As a Store Owner and Operator you have an opportunity to be your own boss!
We are the largest Operator Business of pop-up stores in the US Malls, Outlets and Lifestyle Centers.
We sell toys, games and calendars in stores that operate both year round and seasonally, as well as in seasonal kiosks.
Our unique program has very low startup costs and allows the operator to grow quickly, based on performance.
Our close network of Operators across the country, many who have been with us over 20 years, allow Go! Retail to open stores fast.
We are a KPI Culture, we move quickly, and have a lot of FUN!
As an Operator you are:
Required to sign an agreement with Go! Calendars, Games and Toys to use our name, operating systems and procedures. We lease the space, pay the rent and provide the merchandise. In return, we expect the Owner/Operator too:
Conduct Business in the most professional manner to become a successful retailer.
Drive Sales- Working the store, hiring and training employees.
Manage the Business- Inventory Management, Financial transactions (Banking); Product Merchandising and Graphic and sign placement.
Provide Outstanding Customer Service - Follow and support Go! Retail's Customer Loyalty Programs and attend required professional training and Conferences.
Store Operations- including cleanliness, lighting and working utilities.
Maintain the ongoing positive professional relationships Go! Calendars, Games and Toys has fostered with the Mall Management and Security Departments.
