Service Writer for Golf Car Dealership
We are a FAST-PACED golf car dealership! We're looking for someone with strong communication and pc software skills to provide professional customer service in our Service/Parts department.
KEY TASKS:
In our automotive software, schedule golf car pick ups and deliveries, create estimates, work orders, take payments.
Work efficiently with internal departments to coordinate workflow and meet deadlines for deliveries.
Dispatch drivers
Communicate with customers (in person, via phone, email and text) professionally and in a TIMELY MANNER.
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST be able to MULTI-TASK phones, walk-ins, drivers, coworkers, etc
EXCELLENT communication skills: ability to explain repairs in a professional and empathetic way, diffuse customers, solve customer issues, FOLLOW UP AND FOLLOW THROUGH!
QUICK LEARNING CURVE to learn the software and parts.
Proficient at typing.
Hours: M 8:30-4:30, T-TH 1-4:30, F 8:30-4:30
Must be able to lift 40 pounds (chargers, tires, batteries).
