Executive Chef

Upscale Italian dining destination known for authentic flavors, exquisite presentation, and warm hospitality is seeking an Executive Chef. We are dedicated to providing memorable dining experiences while celebrating the rich culinary traditions of European cuisine and incorporating modern techniques using local seasonal ingredients. We seek a passionate and innovative Executive Chef to lead or culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, expertise and a commitment to excellence in ever dish. Responsibilities of Executive Chef include menu creation, kitchen leadership, team development, inventory management and guest experience management. A minimum of five years experience as Executive Chef in an upscale European restaurant or similar setting is required of candidates. Salary is between $90,000 and $110,000 depending on experience.
