Inventory Clerk
Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk based in Boise, Idaho. Our client has a large project upgrading its tech inventory around the state of Idaho. Your primary function will involve asset management, auditing, and inventory accounting, focusing on the physical assets of the organization.Responsibilities: Manage the tagging and deployment of new equipment including laptops, monitors, and docking stations. Assist the inventory team with reconciling incoming and old equipment. Maintain high attention to detail in dealing with physical assets such as serial numbers and coding. Ensure the highest level of accuracy in all tasks, making it a top priority. Conduct inventory audits to ensure accurate accounting and management of assets. Handle clerical duties such as answering inbound calls and maintaining charts and graphs for inventory tracking. Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications. Maintain accurate customer credit records and resolve any customer inquiries promptly. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Utilize skills in asset allocation, asset inventory, and asset management to ensure smooth operations.Requirements Demonstrated experience in auditing and inventory reconciliation Knowledge of asset allocation, asset inventory, and asset management required Proficiency in asset accounting and inventory accounting Experience in conducting inventory audits and inventory tracking Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding inventory management.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
