Job Description:As the Sales Manager at That 1 Painter Tulsa, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.

Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Knowledge of the painting or home improvement industry is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
