We are called Refreshed Shoe cleaner! Located In Cielo Vista Mall. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. If you have that hustle in you then this is the job for you! The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.

- We are looking for people who are great communicators and good with people and sneakers.

- This is NOT an hourly pay job. You will be payed only in sales and tips. You should make money every time you touch a shoe.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers and call them in for you to clean their shoes and show them our product.

- Stock and organize products at the booth

- Supervising product demonstrations and providing information on features and benefits

- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately

- Utilize retail math skills to process transactions and manage inventory

- Upsell products to increase sales revenue

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for assisting multilingual customers

Qualifications

- HUSTLERS MENTALITY . You can either make $500 a week or $1500 a week. It's all about your hustle!

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required

- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers. If you are afraid to be told "no" this is NOT the job for you.

- Proficiency in cash handling procedures

- Familiarity with product demonstration techniques is advantageous

Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
