Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and support our talented team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a collaborative spirit, and a deep appreciation for the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of staff members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.

Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members.

Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Support marketing efforts and special events to enhance guest engagement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
