Hiring! Customer Relations Specialist
We are seeking a part-time dedicated Customer Relations Specialist to join our growing team! We’re a small but fast-growing company and we need someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product questions, order status updates, and any post-purchase concerns
- Process missing parts claims, including shipping out spare parts directly from our office
- Process returns, exchanges, and refund requests
- Track and resolve any issues related to damaged or incomplete orders
- Monitor customer feedback and relay insights to the team for continuous improvement
- Help maintain our positive reputation through clear and compassionate communication
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, mainly written
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as packing and shipping parts from the office
- Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Part-time position: 2-3 days a week, with flexible hours (not necessarily full days)
On-site at our office for shipping and parts processing
