Foundation Repair Laborer/Driver
Well established, family owned, Foundation Repair Company expanding operations. Looking for reliable, experienced, to work with field lead and crew. Tar Heel Foundation Solutions is a leader in the CLT area in residential and commercial foundation repairs. We install helical piers, earth anchors, carbon fibers, soil nails, micro piles, wall support systems, etc. Would be great if you have experience in foundation repairs, but leadership qualities are even more important. Need to be able to lift 80 lbs and be in good shape. This is 5 days a week, with optional work on Saturdays. We offer PAID HOLIDAYS, VACATION PAY, HEALTH INS, LIFE INS, AND 401K.BENEFITS! Job Duties
Understand and follow directions from supervisors as to required work area.
Install helical piers for foundation support.
Repair bowing walls using carbon fiber, tiebacks, I-Beams whalers, etc.
Remove and replace/finish concrete.
Build and repair CMU’s/footers.
Install new drop girders/band/sister floor joists.
Install crawlspace encapsulation/vapor barrier.
Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
Lifting a minimum of 60lbs.
Working in confined workspaces that may require crawling, kneeling, crouching.
Standing for extended periods of time.
Carrying, climbing, pulling, stooping, high energy, stamina
Ability to work in different work environments.
Job Requirements
Valid Driver’s license.
Reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 75lbs repeatedly.
Willingness to work as part of a team.
Desire to work outdoors.
