Job Summary:
As a Sportsbook Trading Operation Specialist, you will be the key coordinator between stakeholders, including clients, traders, and sportsbook VIP hosts, ensuring smooth daily operations.
This role focuses on providing comprehensive support to traders, managing accounts, tracking financial performance, and optimizing the trading setup. You will be responsible for the financials, including daily PnL reporting, and assisting in identifying the best trading opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of sportsbook accounts used by traders.
Track financials and generate daily PnL and cost reports.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, traders, and sportsbook
VIP hosts.
Manage and deploy capital allocation to support traders.
Optimize betting site setups and account structures for optimal trading
performance.
Assist traders in identifying the best trading opportunities and alert them to key
events.
Provide real-time support during trading sessions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business, or a related quantitative field.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Strong work ethic, honesty, and attention to detail.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $50,000 to $80,000 annually
Bonus/Commission: 50% to 100% of the base salary, based on performance
Stipend: Competitive
Commitment: 40 hours / Week
