Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

Have minimum 1 year or 6 months with approved school

No DUI or License suspensions in the last 5 years

No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months

Be able to pass a PreEmployment DOT drug screen

Must have a valid DOT physical card

No Refusal or Failed drug screen
