HVAC Technician

Preferred 1 - 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC.

Experience a plus, but not required.

Mostly commercial.

Must be reliable, punctual, have a good attitude and willingness to work.

Excellent customer service skills a must.

High standard of honesty and integrity.

Pay based on experience up too 25.00 per hour.

Working task are following: Retrofit pneumatic controls to electrical controls on VAV units.

Repair ice machines. Exhaust fans. Motors on air handlers. replace compressors on units. Some sheet metal duct work.

This work is at a single location in the medical center, where VIA buses are option for transportation.
