CRM and hotel management developer needed

Marketing, Linux knowledge, Python, CSS, C, and running a data center knowledge is a plus. We probably need to break this into 2 jobs. We are a high tech company that provides 3 month internships for new engineers (MSEEs). We house them initially. We are working out a deal the owner of a motel. We will manage the motel. This is how the 2 roles are related.

We know semiconductors, CPUs, and physics.

We are starting a SaaS in 2 weeks.

We are starting IoT companies. We need website for them.

We are novices at the motel industry. It's just another website hooked up to API, correct?
