Customer Service/Project Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service rep. to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, building/maintaining customer relationships, and building new clientele. Small/medium size printing business with room to grow and excellent benefit package.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing client base
- Identify potential business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce products or services
-Daily calls/emails - high service-based business
Requirements
- 3-5 years of customer service experience in a high contact, service-oriented environment
- Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment, type a min. of 40 WPM
- Excellent organization skills, dependable, responsible, self-motivated, detail oriented, and willing to work in a team atmosphere
- Punctual, regular and consistent attendance is required
