Is hiring a GENERAL Manager, ASSITANT Manager and KITCHEN Manager for our restaurants in Glenmont, Briggs Chaney Location, responsible for overseeing the restaurant daily operation.

Assistant Manager Essential Function & requirements:

1.Bilingual, Must be able to speak ESPAñOL & English.

2.Hire, train and motivate restaurant personnel.

3.Ensure safety and sanitation habits are being fallowed in all employees.

4.Supervise daily food preparation and CONSISTENTLY check line quality.

5.Ensure that all supply orders are done correctly.

6.Manager restaurant records for health inspections, daily logs

7.Must be able to be provide Food Manager license.

8.Must have minimum 3 years of experience on similar jobs.

9.Good communication skills.

10.Must be able to work in a fast environment.

11.Must be able to work weekends & holidays.

12.Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE>
