Side work for Maintenance Tech/Handyman

We are looking to hire 1 or 2 Maintenance Techs/Handymen for contract work. On our single family home rentals throughout the Jacksonville area If you have experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

Certified HVAC technician (required)

Experience with light plumbing

Experience with light electrical work

Basic carpentry skills

Reliable and detail-oriented

Job Details:

Side work on call based

Competitive pay based on experience

Great opportunity for additional income

“$75 for service call which includes travel time and simple repairs (i.e. a breaker was off, unclog toilet, etc.). Labor to be determined based on job scope”
